event of defect or failure of phone cards sold by Cellcards.com,
a prompt replacement of the card(s) or a full refund will
be made. Period.
Cellcards.com’s guarantee is limited
to the original retail purchaser and is non-transferable.
Claims
against
Cellcards.com’s guaranty must be made within 30 days
of purchase.
Cellcards.com’s guarantee is void if
the product submitted for replacement has expired or where
the
purchaser
has used
the product to any degree. Where the purchaser took delivery
of a physical phone card (as against a “virtual PIN”),
no replacement will be made without the return of the physical
phone card in new condition.
Cellcards.com’s
liability will not exceed the purchase price of its defective
products. Cellcards.com
makes
no warranty
of its products with respect to incidental, consequential,
or other damages.
What is your return policy?
Because Cellcards.com phone cards and PIN numbers are active
immediately upon purchase, and cannot be cancelled, Cellcards.com
cannot accept returns. Please view our guarantee, however,
for other remedies if you are having trouble with a phone
card.
What guarantee do you offer to resellers?
Cellcards.com makes all commercially reasonable effort to
ensure the high quality of its products and to provide you
with the most up-to-date information regarding phonecard
features and rates.
We guarantee the phonecards we sell to operate
according to industry standards. If any product sold by Cellcards.com
should fail, a replacement or refund will be made.
Rates, however, are subject to change without notice.
No additional warranties are given or implied,
except by written agreement of Cellcards.com's management.
